Josiah Thompson 

Josiah was born in June 2009 and is a native of Tennessee. He is an artist with many talents that include dancing, acting, singing, voiceover and drawing. His love for the arts started at an early age with the love of music. He enjoyed artists like Michael Jackson, Elvis Presley and Bruno Mars. Soon, his love for music turned into a passion for dancing. Josiah would spent countless hours watching videos and self-teaching himself the intricate dances of each of those artists. After taking a strong interest in dancing, Josiah soon found himself singing along with the music and dance moves – giving him the total package of a performance artist.

Once his mom learned that he was serious about performing, she began putting him in training classes that helped develop his voice, acting and dance skills. Next, she started auditioning him for local theatre, commercials, video shoots, modeling and other talent opportunities. In 2019, he landed his first role in Shrek Jr, The Musical; and since then, he’s continued to land auditions and fulfill event requests performances (timeline can be seen below).

Josiah now lives in Saint Petersburg, Florida and has just wrapped up a role in Seussical Jr, The Musical at his school. He attends John Hopkins Middle School, a performing arts school, where he double magnets in theatre and art. When off the stage, Josiah enjoys drawing, creating costumes, playing his video game and making TikTok videos.
